Terms governing premium wealth management services by Finoravelto.
1. Premium Services
Private banking, global investment management, estate planning, family office for clients with minimum $500K USD.
2. Membership Levels
Gold: $500K-$2M. Platinum: $2M-$10M. Black Diamond: $10M+. Each includes differentiated services.
3. Transparent Fees
Management fee: 0.5%-1.5% annual on AUM by level. Success fee: 10% on excess returns.
4. Investment Risks
All investments carry risks. Past returns don't guarantee future results.
5. Confidentiality
Absolute banking secrecy. NDAs signed by all staff. Severe penalties for breaches.
6. Contract Duration
Contracts have 1-year minimum term with automatic renewal. Cancel with 90 days written notice. Early exit fees apply per contract.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes resolved through confidential arbitration in Mexico City under Mexican law. Waiver of class action lawsuits.
8. Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to fees paid in last 12 months. Not responsible for market losses, regulatory changes, or force majeure.
9. Modifications
We may modify terms with 30 days notice. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
